Refund, Exchange and Cancellation

Callyally.com has the sole discretion not to accept a user from registering on the website without any reason.
  • The services of the website can be availed through various methods of payment offered.
  • Since Callyally is a service provider, there isn’t any clause for exchange.

However, if the customer feels that the service hasn’t been up to mark, do not worry because your wish is our command and what’s more. In such a case s/he can request us to redo the same. The final decision whether to repeat an order lies solely with Callyally.

  • If the content is found to be illegal, malicious or harmful in any way Callyally reserves the right to reject it and refund your order after deducting 15% service fee.
  • Order must be cancelled before it is sent to In Process or Posted
  • If you want to cancel an order that has been placed, you need to drop a mail to support@callyally.com or http://callyally.com/contact-us indicating the reason for cancellation.

  • If you opt for cancellation, the money will be transferred back to the source of transaction.
  • It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Callyally.
