1) Are the letters really handwritten?

Yes, the letters are written and addressed by real people like you and me.

2) Does Callyally copy my handwriting?

We at Callyally don’t copy or forge anyone’s writing. Each writer writes the letter in his/her unique style.

3) Can I be sure of the quality?

Each letter we send on your behalf goes through a rigorous quality assurance process to verify legibility, accuracy and spellings. After sending the letter we also mail you the snapshot of your letter to you. So you can always shoot out to us in case of any issues.

4) How is the cost determined?

Our pricing is calculated based on several variables factors such as word count, shipping/handling and any add-ons, so you only pay for what you need, every time. There are no subscriptions fees of course 😉

5) Do you use any fonts?

No. We are real people writing the letters in the old fashioned way with pen and paper 🙂

6) Is there any limitation on content?

Yes, there is. If the content is found to be illegal, malicious or harmful in any way Callyally reserves the right to reject it and refund your order.

7) What should I do if the payment fails?

Retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 business days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

8) Can I cancel the letter I have ordered?

Yes. You can cancel but only till the point when we haven’t posted it out to the recipient. After that the cancellation isn’t applicable. If you have successfully cancelled, the amount will be refunded to your account.
